I purchased a 2025 Civic Sport Touring Hybrid on March 28, 2025. Kodiak, my salesman was great. We went on a good test drive so I could get a good feel for the car and the seats as well. He never pressured me and was completely professional, pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. When it came time to sign the papers, Rodney also was great as it was late in the day and quitting time for him but he did not rush me in the least. He too was professional but easy going and pleasant. When you’re spending significant amounts of money to purchase a vehicle, how you are treated becomes a major concern and part of the whole process. They get an A grade in my book! And finally, because of the manner in which I was treated in the purchasing process, I will also now have my new car serviced at Diehl Honda.

Just bought a Honda CRV from Tyler at Diehl Honday. Everyone was super friendly. The best car buying experience I have had! Kept us up on the progress with our paperwork, offered us coffee and water numerous times ! Tyler stayed over past closing to make sure our phones were all hooked up with android system in the car. I purchased a lovely Champ White Civic Type R from Diehl Honda and from the very beginning Tyler M. was excellent with communication, respectful, on time with my requests for specific photos, angles and even sent me video links since I was an out of state buyer. He went the extra mile and even ordered all the accessories I requested when others would have just directed me to the parts dept. to order them myself. He worked with my credit union rep to get all the details of the deal done in a timely manner. A++ experience by a solid dealership and salesman. My brother and I are Honda fans, and we enjoyed this purchasing experience. Good ones still exist, and I couldn't be happier with the buying process which was taken care of ahead of time and on the actual day of pickup we were in and out in 30mins.
