Had the opportunity to work with Adam Caiazza looking into a HR-V or CR-V and were having issues identifying the vehicle that was going to best meet our needs. We checked out Chevy, Ford and other vehicles that were comparable. I will say most of the experiences were not very impressive..... Salesmen normally don't have much product knowledge and rarely care to ask many questions. Adam Caiazza was excellent with his product knowledge, asked the questions and took the time to ensure he knew what we were looking for in our vehicles. He brought out the CR-V once he noticed the HR-V was not going to meet our needs and worked the process as a knowledgeable and experienced sales representative. After all the car shopping we had done, it was very refreshing to meet a gentleman that actually understood his product and showed us the features and benefits we were looking for by actually talking to us. At the end of the day, he made the journey worthwhile, I absolutely will recommend him to anyone looking for a Honda.
