Honda Looks to the Future with a New, Futuristic Logo
As Honda moves confidently into an electrified future, the brand is hoping to reflect that in a new, refreshed Honda emblem. This redesigned H mark reflects Honda’s next chapter, aligning its visual identity with advancements in electric vehicles and hybrid technology. Beginning in 2027, the new emblem will appear on future Honda EVs and next-generation hybrid models, while also gradually rolling out across dealerships.
The updated Honda logo features a cleaner, borderless design that takes inspiration from the brand’s original 1963 emblem. While it looks modern, it’s also a nod to Honda’s long history of thoughtful engineering and design. This balance of innovation and heritage mirrors what many drivers already appreciate about the Honda lineup— forward-thinking technology built on decades of reliability.
The first production vehicles expected to showcase the new emblem will come from Honda’s upcoming 0 Series, including the all-electric Honda 0 SUV, which will be built right here in Ohio! It will be followed by the 0 Saloon and a compact global SUV known as the 0 Alpha. In addition to fully electric models, Honda plans to introduce 13 new hybrid vehicles between 2027 and 2031 using an updated e:HEV system, promising improved efficiency and performance across the lineup. These models will also wear the new H logo, reinforcing Honda’s commitment to electrification and innovation while still providing the quality and versatility consumers expect.
Beyond the vehicles themselves, the refreshed emblem represents what Honda calls a “second founding”—a renewed focus on sustainable mobility, modern design, and customer experience. For local Honda dealerships, this means a showroom experience that reflects where the brand is headed, while still delivering the trusted service and quality customers rely on. As Honda continues to evolve, drivers can expect the same dependable performance, now paired with a design that looks confidently toward the future.
